At Sedalia, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our cosmetic products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we maintain a strict return policy:

Returns: We accept returns only if the product is damaged during transit or if you received the incorrect item. The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original luxury packaging with all seals intact.

Timeframe: You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method or via store credit.
